How to start with NANO Dev. Board 3.0




This page include everything what you need to Start easy with your new Development Board. We will see how to use Our Board with Arduino IDE.

What Hardware you will need ?


1. NANO Development Board 3.0

Description:

The NANO is a small, complete, and breadboard-friendly board based on the ATmega328P. It's very easy to start program microcontrollers with NANO uploading C++ codes over miniUSB port. Compare with ESP8266EX microcontrollers it has NO Wi-Fi support.


2. Mini USB Cable

Description:

You will need this because it uses usb as for programing and powering.


3. Personal Computer

Description:

To comunicate with your microcontroller you will need a PC with already installed Drivers and IDE.


How to RUN NANO Dev. Board?


RUN on Windows Operating Systems

• Plug the Mini USB cable to NANO Dev, Board and to your computer
• Install CH340G driver for your Operating System
• Download a 32-bit or 64-bit Arduino IDE
• Install Arduino IDE
• Click on "Tools" -> "Board" -> "Arduino Nano 328"
• Select port "Tools" -> "Serial Port" -> "Your COM Port"
• Enjoy !

RUN on Mac OS X and Linux Operating Systems

• Plug the Mini USB cable to NANO Dev, Board and to your computer
• Install CH340G driver for your Operating System (Maybe you have not NEED to Do this !)
• Download a 32-bit or 64-bit Arduino IDE or RUN "sudo apt-get install arduino"
• Install Arduino IDE
• Click on "Tools" -> "Board" -> "Arduino Nano 328"
• Select port "Tools" -> "Serial Port" -> "/dev/XXX"
XXX-change with yours
• Enjoy !
